PERSONAL NOTE TO ALL OUR ANGLERS: Let me first apologize for being late in conducting and producing info and paperwork for the National Championship. My family and I have been spending much of our time with our mother who is suffering from cancer. It has taken me away from my duties here at times, and some days I haven't handled the situation as well as I should have. I lost my brother to cancer less than a year ago, and I see him all over again in his fight against this illness. My mother continues to fight, but there are no treatment options available to her at this time. we appreciate all of you, and have always looked at our anglers like extended family. We are in and out of the office at odd times, so please, if you call and no one answers, please leave a message so we can contact you. Thank you in advance for your understanding, and so you know, we are getting caught up with everything. Prayers are welcome. Partners in Fishing, Mark E. Keehn Update: Mom passed away peacefully in her sleep on 2/14/10. We'll miss her, but she is at peace now. For more information about the new ownership visit the About Us page. It has come to our attention, that many of you wonder why we need your SSN and Drivers License Number (DLN) on the entry forms. We have to have your SSN for Uncle Sam of course. If you have any winnings during the season, these could be subject to tax (depending on the amount) and you will be sent a 1099 form from us for your taxes. We DO NOT and WILL NOT share any personal information about our anglers with any other entities. The DLN helps us verify only, that you have liability insurance on your boat. This is MANDATED by our insurance company. Some tournament trails are NOT INSURED, and therefore do not require that information. We are currently working on a check here type entry form if we already have your first form on file and nothing has changed. This will require a few check marks and signatures, and then your good to go. This form must be APPROVED by our insurance company. The best way for now to speed up the entry process if you pay at the ramp. Get an extra entry form from your director, fill it out minus the dates, and make copies. Then all you have to do is fill in the date at the ramp. I hope this clears up some questions. Feel free to send me an email if you have any other questions at all. I answer all of them personally. Thank you for fishing Team Supreme Outdoors. Partners in Fishing, Mark E. Keehn
