                 The first tournament for The Super South Division was held May 24, 2009 at Pool 19 in Montrose, Iowa. 60 degrees in the morning and 84 at weigh-in. Todd Flockhart of  Keokuk, IA and Danny Graham of Kahoha, MO were the winners with six fish weighing 20.76 lbs. The lures used were Jigs, Plastics and Spinnerbaits. Their best fishing location waas mid pool and backwater. Danny Graham also had the Big Bass that weighed 5.75 lbs. Congratulations to Todd and Danny! This tournament paid back three more places after first with 2nd place going to Geoff Weech & Tom Shcultz with 19.21 lbs.         

  3rd Place: David Son & Ben Tripp 17.59 lbs.

 4th Place: Tim Kipling & Darrin Olin  16.69 lbs.

 2nd Big Bass: Ben Tripp  5.53 lbs.

        The second tournament for Super South Division, held on June 21 at Dallas City was won by Todd Flockhart of Keokuk, IA and Danny Graham of Kahoha, MO. They weighed in 12.42 lbs. with six fish. This is their second win in two tournaments! Best fishing location was mid pool with plastics and crankbaits. "Fished shallow, flowing water, lucky to catch a limit."                                                                                           

        Second place winners are Mike Waddell and Daniel Goeke of Ft. Madison, IA. They also had six fish with a weight of 12.34 lbs. Their best location was Upper Pool 19 with spinnerbaits, plastics and jigs. "Fishing was slow all day, tough muddy water conditions. caught fish start to finish, no kicker caught." 

        John Powers had the Big Bass. 4.81 lbs.

        Kevin Pitford had 2nd Big Bass. 4.04 lbs.

        Nathan Mehaffy was the Team Supreme Patch Draw winner.

               Mike Mertens of Mt. Pleasant, IA and Scott Holterhaus of Donellson, IA  were the winners of this tournament.

               They had six fish weighing 13.96 lbs. Best fishing location was main river channel with spinner baits and

               crank baits. "Fished wood on main river with current, if there was no current there were no bass."

               2nd Place was Chris and Quinton Inghram of Burlington, IA. They weighed in six fish (13.57 lbs.)

               3rd Place was Fasanah and Emily Phosy of Mt. Pleasant, IA. They also had six fish (12.64 lbs.)

               Kevin Pitford of Kahoka, MO had the Big Bass weighing 3.67 lbs.

               Quinton Inghram had 2nd Big Bass weighing 3.50 lbs.

               Jim Kent of Ft. Madison, IA was the Team Supreme Patch Draw winner.
